That was really good Patricia. I have been reading that story out of Daniel and thinking about the fourth man in who was God there to protect them. I love what these gentlemen said before getting into the fire that it didn't matter to them if God saved them or not they were not going to serve any other god but their God. We should be so bold and trusting and go into things with that kind of spiritual strength. God has done so much for us yet we seem to think He owes us more. He's got our past, present, and future covered as today's verse shows yet that's not good enough for some people. Goodness!

Growing up I can only remember the presents. That makes me sad. I hope my kids will remember more than that.

Could have been angels. Or could have been "Communion of the Saints"-one of the cool things we talk about believing in The Apostles' Creed, one of our statements of faith. But sometimes our hearts are too busy to see what I child can. Very, very cool.

Uh oh, now you've got me contemplating. Dangerous! I do think God wants us to put our own personality in our presentation of Him. Hasn't He made us unique for a reason? Amen and amen to needing to spend time with Him before doing anything. If we soak in His Spirit, it can come pouring out of us in our own unique ways.

We focused on totally different aspects of this verse. I love it. You can find my post at http://tamiboesiger.blogspot.com/2011/06/he-always-deserves-it.html. Thanks for hosting Patricia.
